Lol, they shut them down for copyright infringement. its not like the company had any control over that, considering how many files were uploaded every minute

Very true, I'm sure they TRIED to keep an eye out for stuff like that, but since there were so many uploads, they probably said, "Fuck it", I don't blame 'em, I'd get pissed having to look through all of that and then, even if they deleted the files, who's to say the uploaders won't upload it again.
