Some students at MIT found a way to hack the subway in Boston. It basically allowed it to be used for free. The presentation got banned and now theres a law suit or something. This is around two months old. I've had it on my computer since it first happened but was too lazy to host and post it till now.

I'm assuming it does. If Boston decides to implement changes to render this useless it will take a loooong time to change over to a whole new system.

The majority of people in Boston who take the subway or "T" as its known are college students and those who can't afford a car. Plus the fact that how many people are actually going to read this and then go out and actually try it? It's a semi complicated procedure that your average Joe probably won't attempt. So unless the ones who do figure it out start selling the passes and it becomes a big deal, I don't know if they will even bother fixing it at all.
